The latest technology and product innovation in consumer electronics is showcased at the annual CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas, Nevada. This year's event was held from January 8 - 11th, 2009, with press-only events held on January 6th and 7th.
The CES attracts well over 100,000 attendees and several thousand Press.
The four main Halls: North, Central, South 1/2 and 3/4 are each about the size of two large Walmart Supercenters, not counting the additional meeting room space.
Additional exhibits and press conferences are at the Sands/Venetian Convention Center. There are also exhibits at the Hilton, Rennaisance, Wynn, Casear's Palace, and other Hotels.
